I have a couple service checks utilizing SNMP that i want to modify so that the check is communicating directly to the iLo (HP servers) versus through the SNMP service at the OS level (Windows)
If it's possible, where in the backend files of this check would i find where the Host Address value is pulled from so that i can change it?
Here's a screen of the common settings for this check. The check was created using the SNMP Walk wizard, so in there the Host Address value was put in the Device Address filed
Is it any of the values here in the .xml file for this check? Located: /usr/local/nagios/share/perfdata/crypto101.prod02.aws.local/CPU_Status.xml
My goal is i'm trying not to have to delete this service check and manually recreate it through the same wizard if possbile as there's many more similar checks i'll need to be changing as well.

Re: Service Check Modification - Changing the Host Address V
Hi @treesquid,
Hopefully, I'm answering your question correctly. To locate the ip address of the host, click on the Manage Hosts button from within the second screenshot you've provided. Then from within the the Core Configuration Manager or CCM, click on the Hosts link under Monitoring in the left-hand sidebar and search for the name of the host and click on it.
All hosts have an IP address located under Address in the Common Settings tab. Let me know if you have further questions.
