Disable menu items for non-admin users

Disable menu items for non-admin users

Simple request: We would like to be able to remove menu options for non-admin users. Things like specific reports or "Home" menu links. Stuff like that. Not looking for anything other than "these things are not visible to non-admin users."

Bonus points for a way to redirect them to some other page if they happen to figure out the URL for that particular hidden menu item.
