Unable to print graphs

Post by vijilants »

System:

System
Nagios XI version: 5.6.5
XI installed from: manual
XI UUID: 04ca27fb-9572-4aa4-969b-f5cf74fa0c2c
Release info: londnms1 3.10.0-862.11.6.el7.x86_64 x86_64
CentOS Linux release 7.5.1804 (Core)
Gnome is not installed

System running ramdisk

Hi,

Can you please help.

I am trying to print graphs but every time I use the right hand icon and use the download button (download as pdf) I get the following message...

Code: Select all

Couldn't create temporary file. Check that the directory permissions for the /temp directory are set to 777.
I have checked both systems and neither have a /temp directory.

This has not happened before.

Can you please advise as this is rather urgent.

The directory in question is

Code: Select all

ls -dl /usr/local/nagiosxi/html/includes/components/highcharts/exporting-server/temp/
