Issue with scheduled report attachments

Post by jvaira »

Hello,
We are having an issue where scheduled reports are sent but regardless of the attachment type ( pdf, jpg etc. ) The attachments are always 200 bytes in size and do not contain any data.

Hello @jvaira,

Just to confirm, you are able to download PDF reports from the web interface. Is this correct?

Make sure you have the correct URL settings defined. Go to Admin > System Config > System Settings.

Hello Ben,
The program URL was not entered correctly. Once I fixed that the reports began to send correctly.

Thank you
