Continuous Snapshots & MySQL errors in NagiosXI

Post by Pablogc »

Hi Nagios Support Team.

We would like to ask for your help about an issue that happens every time, and it is impacting directly our service.

Everytime the system generates and snapshots or a backup, sometimes happens that there is an impact in MySQL database that is supporting the service.

Sometimes we can see errors in sql.log that shown us random tables crashed, and sometimes it makes us that some services deployed started to work, and it keeps persintent until we restore the databases (using restore_databases Nagios script) or we restart the nagios service in the core.

This happens almost all days at 07:00 (System Local Time), when this activities are done. Even for the last days, when random errors started to appear, we can see more than one snapshot per day without any logical explanation.

Let me know a prviate way to send you the profile.

Thanks & BR!
Víctor
