Hi Support Team,

Today we encounter issue where the nagios suggest to run the repair_databases.sh script when we try to pull nagiosxi notification report.
During the repair somehow the script stop. We wait about 20 minute to allow the script tu finish the error still exist. Then we delete the repair_databases.lock and rerun the script with success.
Upon checking,
The notification report (24 hour) only showing notification happen after the success repair only.
Test again for (this month), we notice that the data for last friday - sunday missing. Appreciate your help on this as we can see the data exist in core and database.

The green line is the data separator as guide.

For performance reasons, Nagios XI reads this data out of the DB vs. pulling from the log files like Core does.

It appears based on your phpmyadmin picture that the entries in the DB are missing some data (note: they do not have a notification_id) which was likely caused because the DB needed repair.

Unfortunately I don't have any way to re-load the database for the time period where the DB was crashed.

If there is no easy way to fix this, i have stitch the data manually for the notification_id.
Thanks scottwilkerson for the respond.

That does not sound like a lot of fun, but potentially the only way to do it. Is there anything else we can help with, or should I close the thread?
