Hello,

Let's take a look at the subsystem log while you]apply configuration. Run the following command then Apply Configuration in Nagios XI. When it's complete post the cmd.txt log file to the thread for us to review.

Code: Select all

tail -f /usr/local/nagiosxi/var/cmdsubsys.log &> /tmp/cmd.txt
Next, download the system profile and attach it to the thread.

To send us your system profile.
Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
Save the profile.zip file and share this in a private message and then reply to this post to bring it up in the queue.

Lastly, besides changing the IP address, did you make any other changes to the server? Thanks.

Hello,

I see you have an open ticket for this issue in our ticketing system, so I will be closing this thread. In the future, please open only one forum post or ticket per issue so we can best focus our efforts.

Also, if you can provide the information requested above in the support ticket, that would help us troubleshoot the issue. Thank you!!
