Can you post the MRTG configuration file? You can get it from /etc/mrtg/conf.d/, and the file name should just be the name or IP of the device you are monitoring.

What version of XI are you running?

Hi Team,
I have attached the Configuration file .
by Replacing Device IP hostname username authentication protocol and password

Please go through it and let us know.

We are using Nagios XI 5.2.2 version .
For your info we are getting same result for NagiosXI 5.5.9 in another nagios xi .

Perfect, thank you. Also can you tell me the name of a port that is giving you performance graph data, and a port that is not giving you performance graph data?

Apologies for the delay. Our office was closed for the holiday.

I am looking at TenGigabitEthernet1/1, and it looks like it does not have an Ethernet ID, like 1/6 does.

TenGigabitEthernet1/6
Eth: '30-78-61-38-39-64-32-31-39-61-39-35-38-35' ###

TenGigabitEthernet1/1
Eth: 'No Ethernet Id' ###

That's really the only difference I can see in the files. But 1/6 is the one that isn't reporting, where 1/1 is reporting. So I think that's fine.

Can you PM me your system profile? Just go to Admin -> System Profile -> Download Profile. I'd like to see if there are any differences in how the commands are setup.

Hello @inas.labib,

The problem is typically the result of an incorrect sudoers file. Please follow the instructions below to resolve and try sending the profile once more. Thanks.

We have followed the above mentioned article ,

Sudoers files are same even though we are getting same error.
