Upgrade Nagios Xi 5.1 to latest

Our customer is planned to upgrade the existing Nagios Xi from 5.1 to the latest version. Can we upgrade it directly through the Web UI?

You should be able to upgrade without issue, but if at all possible I would recommend a manual upgrade through the CLI vs. GUI
