Fine Tuning dashboards

Where is the configuration for an individual dashboard stored?` I would like to investigate automating the creation of some dashboards as doing it by hand with 100+ systems is going to be rather fiddly and timeconsuming I suspect, given that it it took 10 minutes to make one dashboard for one user, and I ain't really happy with the result of that . Some kind of snap to grid functionality would help!

They are stored in the postgresql database per user.

We do have a dashboard deployment component that allows you to setup 1 dashboard and deploy it to as many users as you like.

This is however a customer only download, so I'm not sure if you are able to get it or not.

Well, there's no doubt that we will be able to get it as we will be buying it, but that is not really the issue, the issue is fine tuning them so they don't look butt ugly . Thanks for the pointer anyway and I'll go and have a dig around.

I guess my point was that if you have come common items that will appear on many users dashboards, you can get them fine tuned once, and then deploy to many...
