Passive check "TRAP" service alert only when manually poll

Hi Guys,

I am using Nagios CORE version 4.4.5
My service is "TRAP"
When switch is sending TRAP but doesnt displays it on GUI console, I need manually do the 'reschedule check' then only it appears on the GUI console.
whenever I manually do the reschedule check then only alert is displayed on GUI console.
Ideally it should get displayed immediately for PASSIVE checks.
any help is appreciated,

Can you please post your configs of your service definition for this trap service.
