Hi,
I am new in Nagios XI. We are using the trial version of Nagios XI in AWS EC2 cloud. We set up few Web site URL monitoring through monitoring wizard. Any idea why we are not receiving email or text message while there is failure in our website.
FYI: We sporadically received notification from Nagios but it stopped sending email or text message.

Navigate to the email settings under the Admin tab, send a test email and tell us if you receive anything. You can also check whether Nagios tried to send the notifications by going to Reports->Notifications.
