is it possible to create the support forum second account?

we have more than one person who will login to support forum and Nagios Exchange website, but would like to assign different person with different username and password, is it possible to create the support forum second account?

Yes, you can add add another user to your account at the following address

So it's an on-line apply form for support forum second account?

1. if had been purchased more than one license, then only need type one license on the form?
2. the "Support Forum Username" is the original account?
3. where to type the second account username and password?

You can have multiple contacts per license.

the "Support Forum Username" is the username for the new user to add to your account

so it means when add multiple contacts to one license account, they can login to forum and access support resources?!
does it have user rights for different contacts?

That is correct, they can access the forum and create support tickets. there is only 1 type of right for support contacts, so they all have the same rights.
