Send checks from only 1 network interface

Had a search around google and couldn't find anything regarding this.

My Nagios VM has 5 IP addresses for the purpose of netdisco but I would like to only send Nagios checks from only one source network interface/IP address (if possible).

Is this feasible?

It is going to use the routing table on the VM. As far as I am aware, you would need to change that to accommodate what you are looking to do.
