BBMAP color not showing Critical

I noticed that I was receiving notifications for a server that was down and BBMAP wasn't showing red but was still green even though all services including ping was critical. If I do an overview of the services they all show up red but BBMAP still showed green.
Why would this occur? How can I fix it?

Was this working previously for you and now you have this problem, or has this never worked for you?
This is the only kind of component that you're having a problem with?
Also, did it continue to show the wrong status even after refreshing the page manually? (Not that you should have to do that, but I just want to know how persistent the wrong status might be).

For completeness, can you tell me what version of XI and base OS you're running?
Do you have any other products integrated, like NNA or Log Server?
