centreon snmptrap

hi guys
i have an issue for more than 2 months if someone can help it would be gr8
i add by myself an oid into centreon so i can manage the unauthorized acces user to my switch
but my prob is that snmptrap is not working and not sending email notification
i installd snmptt and snmptrapd but i m not getting any result
plz if you can help me to fix this issu
