Hello Team,
We have recently purchased a Enterprise License for NagiosXI for 100 nodes. When I am trying to activate the License and apply the enterprise key , i get the error "Invalid Enterprise Key". But the License is Activated.
Can you help us in resolving this error?. I do have the customer ID and the License, but not sure if I can post it here.

For licensing issues, send an email to the Sales Department at [email protected] with all of the keys and activation codes that you have and they should be able to help you with the issue directly as we in support do not have full access to the licensing keys.
