Can you describe in a little more detail what you mean by "alert suppression\correlation"
What is happening now, and what would your desired results be?
This will help tremendously understanding what you would like to achieve

If there is an issue with the server or any of the network device, it will generate hundreds of alerts and so will send these many notifications. Instead of sending too many emails\SMS, we want to send only 1/2 emails\SMS and suppress rest as support team aware of an issue.
Here alert suppression\correlation will be helpful to send less number of notifications to the support teams.

If there is an issue with the server, application or any of the network device, there is possibility of generating hundreds of alerts and so send these many emails\SMS to support teams. If we use alert suppression\correlation, it will show 1/2 alerts in the console and suppress rest. Even support team won't receive too many alerts in this case.
So I would like to know if we have such provision in Nagios XI. If yes, how can we do it?
Thanks.

If the team acknowledges the problem, alerts are suppressed.
Additionally if you have many services to acknowledge you may want to install the mass acknowledge component to be able to acknowledge many things at once.

NSClient runs as a background service, so it doesn't show in the taskbar. Configuration changes for the agent are in %PROGRAMFILES%\NSClient++\NSC.ini

This totally depends on what you want to monitor, a minimum is to add
allowed_hosts=
password=
and make sure NSClientListener.dll is not commented out
