NagiosXI Alert Problem

Hi, i've NagiosXI 5.6.13, this host did goes down as you can see in this Host State History

The alerts setting are this:

but i don't receive the alert that the host goes down and i don't understand why..

I looked through the profile, and the host in question has the contact group Monitoraggio-H24-PRO assigned for notifications.
However, this contact group doesn't have any contacts assigned to it, this would be why there was no notification sent
