The optimum hit ratio for a database server is a highly debated subject, and depends on your system as well. Many systems administrators choose to use other metrics to measure the load on a particular server. What services are considered critical is also debated among systems administrators.
If you are unsure of what to set these ratios, you could just leave the default value in place. If that value produces to many unwanted alarms, you could dial it back.

I don't see anything attached.
These will differ per system, the defaults provided by the wizards are sane defaults but they may need to be adjusted per your environment. You can adjust them as needed.
The defaults were set by the developer of the wizard so they are the recommended defaults. We don't have any other threshold specific recommendations other than what the wizard defaults are. Just run through the wizards with the defaults, if you hit thresholds, increase them, then you will have a fine tuned system.
Let us know if you have any questions.
Thank you
