Upgrade Nagiosxi 5.6.10 to 5.7.1 showing pending status

I just upgrade Nagiosxi from 5.6.10 to 5.7.1 from GUI. after upgrade everything show in "pending state". Can you help me on this.

I found the following errors in httpd error logs.

Hey, I would suggest you open a support case. We are still working with support after attempting to upgrade twice with no success.

I opened a support case #234770. But nobody answer since yesterday.
