NagiosXI and ServiceNow notification Flood

Hi,
We have an issue with nagios xi and service now integration issue, it keeps creating event even the host is up

Hi,

Have you noticed any other issues with the server besides the Service Now integration? Let's get a copy of a current system profile so I can check the nagios logs and the configurations. Also, did you set this up using the following guide? Thanks, Benjamin

Nagios XI - Integrating ServiceNow

To send us your system profile.
Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
Save the profile.zip file and share in a private message or upload it to the post/ticket, and then reply to this post to bring it up in the queue.
