Nagios XI notifications ocurring every 6 minutes

I currently have a check setup with the following settings.

Check Settings:
Check Interval 1440
Retry Interval 1440
Max check attempts 3
Check Period 9x5
Freshness threshold 300


Alert Settings
Notification period 9x5
Notification interval 1440
First notification delay 0
Notifications enabled on


But for some reason I am receiving notifcications from nagios every 6 minutes. Can you help me understand why this is the case?

It seems like this is a passive service with a freshness set up to run every 5 minutes.

Can you show us the actual configs of the service, command, and any templates that are used by the service? You can obtain these under the CCM, by clicking on the "View config" action button.
