Good Morning,

I am trying to download 5.7.1 software from nagios repo. but i couldn't able to download because a malware has been detected in the rpm. our organization scans the software before downloading, and McAfee is blocking to download the software. Any thoughts on to download would be appericated.

You don't want to use the buggy 5.7.1 version !
use the new 5.7.2

just download the latest version:
wget http://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nagi ... est.tar.gz

5.7.2 offline version is currently being worked on and should be available in the next week.. as for the McAffee error, looks like a false positive to me.

I tried to download offline install Nagios XI 5.7.2 but antivirus software is blocking it, saying malware detected. Please see attached error.

This has to be a false positive, I would reach out to McAffee.
