Service Status Summary -- Not updating any data

Hello,

I am looking for help, I am using passive server were Service Status Summary not showing the count of services.

Can someone help.

Is this a new install or an upgrade? What is the version of Nagios XI that you are currently using? What is the operating system/distro/architecture of the machine that you are running Nagios XI on? Can you show us a screenshot of the error that you are seeing in the GUI?
