Installing the latest version of Nagios Log Server Offline

All,
Because of whom I work for, all servers in my environment are without internet access. What I typically do is pull down what I need from the internet on my workstation (I do have access there), then transfer the .rpm, .gz ... files to where they are needed in the application. I found the post where it describes how to update logserver offline. I ran all the changes (mostly sed's) and still got errors when I tried running update (see below)

ERROR: Installation aborted, verification failed for logstash-filter-geoip.4.0.4-java.gem
INSTALL: wkhtmltox is being installed...

I was able to pull down speck.4.8.gz. However, I could not find wkhtmltox-0.12.1.3.el7.x86_64.rpm anwhere. On github the closest version I could find was wkhtmltox-0.12.1.2. How do I obtain a copy of this rpm?
