Using SNMP to monitor other servers/services.If the network device connecting with nagios server goes down, there will be tons of alerts email sent out when the networking devices gets recovery.
any solution to this case?
Because all these monitoring server are running well actually, these alerts email will become FAKE alerts, and Servers owners feel uncomfortable to receive those annoying alert messages.
Need some help and suggestions.
Thanks.

Do you have parent hosts specified for the hosts you monitor?
I ask because if a parent is down, then the children of that parent would not receive alerts (unless you have Unreachable alerts enabled for hosts).
The following doc describes how parent/child relationships work, in XI you can specify them when running wizards, or in the CCM
