NagVis

Post by kalyanpabolu »

Hello Team,

We are using Nagios XI 5.7.2. We want to understand the usage of NagVis feature.
Could you please help us to understand its usage and functionality.

Could you please provide a proper documentation explaining how to use it, what all this can be done with it?

Thanks in advance!!

Hi,

I've included a few documentation links below on using NagVis. It's a third-party integration with Nagios XI, so you'll find more information on the NagVis site as well.

Hi,

Thanks for sending over the system profile. We've been able to confirm this as a bug affecting Cent 8 systems and a bug report has been submitted.

This should be fixed in the next maintenance release of Nagios XI.

Thank you for bringing this to your attention. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you,
Benjamin

Hello,

We have already upgraded Nagios XI to latest version 5.7.3.

Was the bug fixed in this release? Do we need to wait for next release?

My 2 cents - what can you do with NagVis ??

We do this... Our App Owners figure out their problems and solve them quickly as a result.

Hi,

That's correct, it should be resolved in the next maintenance release. We have maintenance releases for Nagios XI about every 3-6 weeks.

@SteveBeauchemin Nice work!
