Post by FCC_Nagios_Support »

Hi,
I have to change IP address of my server NagiosXI, The Unix team will work in the Networking Seutp.
Shoul I have take any further consideration in order the change works and my NAGIOSXI runs as before changing IP address.

Thanks a lot.

If you have deployed any system the have NRPE agents installed, they will all need to be updated to allow the new IP address

If you have any passive results/SNMP Traps/NRDS sent to the Nagios XI server, those would need to be updated to use the new server

If you have any custom firewall rules that use the explicit old IP, those would also need to be updated.

You will possibly need to change the program url in Admin -> System Settings if you are not using a hostname
