Hi Support,
due to an outdates OS, we are trying to migrate our XI-Installation to a new and fresh server.
We installed NagiosXI from source on debian 10.x and imported our old config.cfg-files manually. Everything is OK apart from any checks with NRPE: we are getting "Could not complete SSL handshake".
We went through the documentation unter https://support.nagios.com/kb/article/n ... e-615.html with no success, the error still remains. NRPE version is 4.0.3
Any help is highly appreciated.
Best regards
Michael
Could not complete SSL handshake
Re: Could not complete SSL handshake
Are the hosts running NRPE also running old operating systems? I've run into this issue when the DH key size on the host to be monitored is too small (512 bytes) to be considered valid by the OS that XI was installed on. If that is the case, the Enhanced Security guide might help.
