Nagios on PHP 7.4

Post by cx_vidr »

Hi,

We plan to move our current Nagios installation to Ubuntu 20.04, it has PHP 7.4 installed as default
Does the current Nagios 5.7.4 support PHP 7.4?
If not should i downgrade to PHP 7.2 as thats the version mentioned in (https://support.nagios.com/kb/article/n ... 7-860.html)

Nagios XI 5.7.0 and above supports PHP 7.4. That support doc is out of date.

PHP 7.2 will also stop receiving security patches on 2020-11-30 so it's even a good idea to move to 7.4.
