Looking to see more information while making CCM edits

I was wondering why only Hosts and Services have a Status column in the CCM.

I edit all the different items, and I can only notice that I have changes a Host or Service.

none of these have a Status column indicating Applied or Not Applied

Would this be possible to add? It would make for a more consistent interface.
