2011R3.0 Upgrade failure

While upgrading using the Source Installer package I run into this message and the installation halts. It doesn't appear to be logging into /tmp/install.log so I copied my putty session out.

 You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
 You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

This should be ok, we are modifying the installer for the next release.

You should be able to log-out of the XI interface, and log back in as an admin to complete the upgrade.
