Is there a way to upgrade from 5.6.10 to 5.7.5 and not upgrade to ndo3? We upgraded our nonprod systems and found the nod3 upgrade broke some of our frontend displays and downgraded to ndo2db again.
If I am reading the upgrade steps correctly, since our Production servers are not yet on 5.7.5, the check in the upgrade command to see if it was manually downgraded should return false. If I understand, this would then force our production servers to upgrade to ndo3, but leave ndo2db on the non-prod servers.
Nagios 5.7.5 upgrade
Re: Nagios 5.7.5 upgrade
I haven't tested this yet, but I believe it can be skipped it by just removing the /tmp/nagiosxi/subcomponents/ndo directory before running the upgrade script. Instead of doing this however, I would just plan on doing the downgrade of ndo after the upgrade to 5.7.5 since the upgrade will install ndo3 after failing to detect a previous downgrade.

Re: Nagios 5.7.5 upgrade
Thank you for the guidance. We will make sure to do the downgrade after we upgrade.
