Nagios plugins and frontends

So, Observium let me down with the email alerts not working, although I do like the GUI and detailed port views. I'm installing and configuring Nagios in my lab environment now and a friend recommended Opsview. It has a free version for up to 25 hosts but we're already monitoring 60 devices and adding more. What do you guys/gals use for frontends/dashboards with Nagios and what plugins do you recommend?
