Running nagios core 4.4.3 and NagiosQL 3.4.0 RHEL7 Linux with selinux in enforcing mode
In NagiosQL, under Tools/Nagios control, when I select the Do it button under Restart Nagios, I receive the error: Nagios daemon is not running, cannot send restart command
But Nagios is running.
Seeing this in the messages file:
setroubleshoot: SELinux is preventing /usr/sbin/postdrop from write access on the fifo_file fifo_file. For complete SELinux messages run: sealert -l f92138c6-1ed5-470e-96bc-4c083ea1b9e0
Can anyone assist in resolving this issue?

Re: NagiosQL Restart Nagios fails with error?
Why not do what selinux suggests or set it to permissive for a bit to see if that resolves the issue, then do what it suggests to fix it permanently?
