Hi,

What version of Nagios XI are you currently using and can you check the version of this component? Go to Admin > System Extensions > Manage Components and find the Bandwidth Usage Report to get the version number.

It looks like this might be due to the small size of the values in those fields . The report has a function that will make these numbers human-readable by converting them to 'B', 'KB', 'MB', 'GB', 'TB, but these values are not getting processed. I'm not sure why, are you experiencing the same behavior on other ports?

Best Regards,
Benjamin

The Nagios version we are using is Nagios Xi 5.7.5.

After we checked the data, the unit in the missing cells should be PB(petabyte). But the system has not shown it.

Hi,

That would make sense since it only goes up to TB in the script and does nothing for the case of PB. I'm submitting a bug report for this and it will be fixed in the next maintenance release.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Best Regards,
Benjamin
