Router / Switch Wizard returns 0 values for 2 devices

Hello,

I am trying to open a ticket but the page is unavalaible for some reason. So, the issue I see is with 2 devices located in the same region (we monitor many regions but the issue happens only for 2 in the same region so it might be something in the configuration which I cannot pinpoint), where the snmpwalk from CLI returns IfInOctets - IfOutOctets properly, and we see the traffic on the device, but the services in Nagios returns 0 BW for all interfaces. (Images attached).

Anyone can help me with this as we need to monitor this traffic?
