Files check happening out of Time period

Hi Team,
We have one file server which is getting multiple files to respective folders across the days over different times. So,we have created time periods according to the file arriving times to check files availability in time .And sometimes files are not processing during public holidays , so we have mentioned ignore public holidays in time periods. But , file checks are happening during public holidays too even we mentioned in time period. This Leads to false alert triggered in Nagios which causes auto incidents creation in out of time, because recently we have integrated Nagios with ServiceNow .
Please find attached screenshots for reference.
In Attached screenshot, file check happens between 9:40 Am -9:55 Am from Monday to Friday . But needs to ignore public holidays.
We came to know this issue at last Good Friday ( Public Holiday).
Could someone please suggest on this.
Regards,
Chandrasekhar
