Hello,
Timezone string seems as "UTC+02:00" for Istanbul but it must be "UTC+03:00" in /usr/local/nagiosxi/html/includes/utils-time.inc.php file.
Timezone for Turkey is all the time "UTC+03:00" since 2016.
We've fixed this error by editing the file but for permanent solution, can you change this for next update?
