Heartbeat alert not getting cleared in the Nagios frontend

Hello,

Actually, there is a requirement to monitor the OEM services from Nagios. The current version of Nagios which we are using is 4.4.6. In the OEM, we have set up the jobs accordingly so that we are receiving the email of the OEM server in the Nagios every five minutes.

But in the Nagios frontend, the heartbeat alert doesn't get cleared. It's still red not green.

How will the heartbeat alert get cleared from the Nagios frontend? do i have set up a script in the Nagios backend.

Any inputs will be greatly appreciated.

Below is the log file which shows the email received from the OEM server every 5 minutes.
