have a question:
I am monitoring the ping of several hosts every minute, but when I get a status history report, and seeing that the host has fallen to the hard state and that it has exhausted all attempts, between attempts there is not a minute if not more. I don't know if this is a mistake. I send screenshots
Thank you very much for your time

Hi,
It looks like the re-check interval is 4 minutes and eight seconds. Please check that.
If it is set to something other than that please send a System Profile.
To send us your system profile.
1. Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
2. Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
3. Click the "Download Profile" button
4. Save the profile.zip file and share this a private message and then reply to this post to bring it up in the queue.
Thanks

Hi,
In this situation, it would be best to open a support ticket as the information shared is private between the customer and the support team Any current customer can view the conversations on the support forum.
