Hello Team,
We want monitor Parameters like CPU Utilization and Memory Utilization for Cisco Devices like Switch, Router, Firewall etc.
Please provide us a document or else walk us through entire procedure of how to do this. Is there any particular Monitoring Wizard or any plugins available to do that.

Re: Monitoring CPU and Memory Utilization for Network Device
Hi,
Take a look at these documents, they contain information on SNMP and demo a couple of Nagios wizards.
https://support.nagios.com/kb/article/n ... s-866.html
https://support.nagios.com/kb/article/n ... p-249.html
And here is documentation on SNMP in general:
http://net-snmp.sourceforge.net/wiki/in ... /Tutorials
To get your feet wet You can use the SNMP Walk wizard in NagiosXI to poll one of your network devices. A lot
of OIDs (sort of like "keys") are vendor specific and require you to have the vendor's MIB files for the particular
devices you want to monitor.
Once you get a chance to look at the documentation let me know if you have any specific questions.
Thanks
