How to add top 5 process details to CPU & Memory Usage alert for WIndows & Linux Servers. Please suggest

Going to do a little more research on this, but what plugin are you using right now for alerts on CPU and Memory. Also, which Agent (NCPA, NRPE) do you have installed on the remote systems?
