While adding switch to NagiosXI Ports are missing for switch

When I am adding switch to Nagios XI through network Switch/ router wizard I am getting ports but some of ports are missing for that switch. As in Screenshot attached 46th port is not there.

So please can you suggest what can be the problem.

Please attach your /etc/php.ini.

PM me this file for this system:
- Change X.X.X.X to the IP of the device
