Nagios XI - Can't Log Into The Web Interface on my Backup Se

I am not able to log in to my backup server via web interface even the username and password are correct, strange. I am sure username/password 100% since I use the auth on prod, the web interface is not showing an error message for login.

Here's the KB article I found which talked about not able to log into the web interface:

My thought would be that your backup server not able to connect to the database.
Is your backup server has its own (local) database?

yes it has its own DB, it was working fine ... I will check with the article and get back to you.
