high NICE and do not receive log

hi,
our system work nomally but last saturday it sudden increase Nice in cpu and do not receive log from client.

our plugin use psutil check with command : psutil.cpu_times_percent(interval=1, percpu=False)

It did not work after i restart logstat. Only work when i reboot the server.

dont know what happen with it. pls help.

Are you getting high NICE on the Log Server system or the sending device?
