Re: Can we monitor appliances
Hi,
Nagios XI has a large number of built-in Configuration Wizards, so searching that would be the best place to start.
What type of appliance would you like to monitor and what type of checks do you want to enable? If we do not have a wizard, there's likely a community plugin available on the Nagios Exchange.
Let us when you have a chance.

Hi,
There's a wizard for that, so this is easy to set up and you'll find all the details in the guide below. One caveat, this wizard does require extra software to be installed. Please pay special attention to the version of the Perl SDK required for the wizard, it varies by operations system, and it's not going to work correctly if you install the wrong version.

After installing the SDK, you should get a message like this if it's successful. If not please post the output of any error messages.
