Index status page - HTTP ERROR 500

Hello Team,

When I try to access the index status page , I get 500 error. I tried to change the memory_limit under /etc/php.ini to 512 M and restarted apache.
Still seeing same error. Rest all admin pages are loading fine. Please advice.

Please do the following:

cd /tmp
tar cvzf apache2.tar.gz /var/log/apache2/*
