HELP. I now get an error "Backend login to the Core Config Manager failed." when trying to add a host/services.
This has stopped work and is critical for us to get it back. This latest update breaks to much!
Can you give a fix for this ASAP.
Again, why is it hard to get support when you pay for it!!! why hide it from customers...

Since you have a ticket opened for this issue, we'll follow up in the ticket to avoid duplicates. Please attach the system profile right away so we can review the logs on the system.

Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
The support team is available Monday through Thursday between 9 am - 5 pm and on Fridays between 9:00 am - 2:00 pm US Central Time. Customer tickets and forum questions have a 24-hour response as designated in our SLA. That said, we strive to answer all tickets as quickly as possible.
